Peaberry coffee is a naturally occurring mutation when only one seed develops inside of a coffee bean instead of the normal two. When this coffee is produced in Mount Kilimanjaro, the flavor comes off as juicy, with lemon, peach and black tea coming off as the primary taste profile.
