Craft light roasted. Grown in the region of Mbeya, Southern Highlands. Harvest period for these coffees is June-August. The Mbeya region consists of roughly 400,000 smallholder farmers that own on an average of 500 trees each. Many practice subsistence farming methods and all their coffee is handpicked.
Cupping Notes: Clean cup with balanced acidity, sweetness and body. Notes of bing cherry, ginger, lime and fruit cocktail. Pleasant tannin appears as it cools.
