Cupping Notes: Stone Fruit, and Brown Sugar
Farmers handpick the ripe cherries, then it is washed and sorted to remove all under or over-ripe cherries. From there, the coffee is then washed in clean water and placed onto wet parchment, allowing it to dry out. AB beans are between a screen size of 15 and 18, meaning beans are 6 and 7 millimeters in size.
