Our signature Summer Blend Gourmet Coffee combines South American and African beans that have been roasted to their perfect point individually then hand-blended together. Managing the ratios allows the cup to be a balanced berry note while providing dark chocolate, and walnut flavor notes. The aroma of this freshly roasted blend is outstanding and memorable - like your vacation time in utopia.

Use of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe natural coffees mine the sweeter berry notes with great complexity.  Savored from beginning to end with a sweetening profile as it cools, take long pauses between sips to smell fresh aroma.

Processing: Naturally Processed (blend of yellow and black honey process)

Varietals: Mundo Nova, Catuai Red and Yellow, and Ethiopian Heirloom
